We can gain deep insights when needed, or make the changes without the insight. Each person is different, and every session is customized for you.
From the time you are in-utero up to the age 6, you are a blank slate, your view of the world is shaped by the experiences, your perceptions of the experiences you have. You observe your primary care giver, parents, loved ones, and take on their beliefs. We don’t know any better, we sense emotions and fears, we internalize, we catasrophize, and we misinterpret.
Trauma is easy to recognize when it is major, however little “t” trauma that is complex or chronic is often missed. Trauma of any kind leaves a lasting impact that can manifest at different stages of our life. Almost every human that has lived, has experienced trauma.
